- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Very rude and inconsiderate techs! Had a heart attack back on February. Also CHF diagnosis. Short life expectancy in which I have accepted. I work healthcare so I thoroughly understand how hectic it can be. But I just moved to Bainbridge and am trying to get all of my meds situated which is ALOT. Called today to get refill and the techs were very rude. They blow and huff and puff in your ear and don't care that you hear them. This is disgusting customer service. Pharmacist was nice and helpful though. As soon as my insurance kicks is my meds will be transferred again. Praying I don't have to deal with them ever again. They literally dodge work, place you on hold to prevent helping in situations they don't want to deal with. Stress and my condition do not work well together.April 25, 2017by Dishell Turner
